The people who work here are really lovely and were very engaging throughout, however when it came to do the hair it was a different story. Overall it was very scatty he was just yanking on my hair with the he comb to get tangles out and from the start I asked for big bouncy curly hair I got flat and wavy. He took the cloak off and I was like erm this isn’t what I wanted can you at least backcomb it a bit. So nice people but for a big night out or something special go elsewhere

I booked this last minute as I needed a pick me up and my hair had got way too long to do anything with. I asked to have a reasonable amount cut off and a few light layers but not too much with the layers. I was initially pleased with the cut as I stepped out of the salon and left a 5 star review (can’t amend the star rating now, this is an updated review) The hairdresser asked if I wanted it blow dried wavy, which I agreed to and now realise was a mistake. Once I washed my hair and let it dry straight I realised the layers look disconnected and haven’t been blended properly. I’m now left with the decision of either cutting my hair much shorter to just get rid of all the layers or trying to find someone who I can trust to blend them in better. I am currently wearing my hair tied back until I make a decision what to do.

Great ! I had an amazing welcome, the person was so kind and lovely. They all took really care of me and I am more than happy. The atmosphere is excellent and the staff very friendly. My hair are just amazing, I’ll be back next month. Thank you all !!
