I've visited Splash a number of times before, but not the New Row location. The space itself has the usual funky feel to it but the receptionist was less welcoming than the other salons and sent me downstairs, only to be taken back upstairs to the window seat. My manicure was done quickly and efficiently, although I'm not sure I like the new shellac lamps used; less drying time for the polish meant that it lasted less than 2 weeks and chipped just a few days after it had been done. Previous manicures from Splash have lasted over 3 weeks.

Had a different therapist on this occasion normally at the soho branch but she was fantastic!
