The hairdresser didn't speak much english and gave me a blow dry (not even a good one) when I asked for a gentle rough dry (and tried to charge me for it). The hair cut is also a bit uneven. Would not go again.

Maria was the worst manicurist I have ever had in London. Lovely girl but she is not good at her job. She hurt me several times, she painted outside the nail and she didn't seal the nail polish very well, the next day the polish was already coming off. Recommend giving her more training.

The nail technician was lovely and professional. She took her time and did a great job for me and my mum. The gels have lasted ages. Splash is not the most glamorous venue but it was great value for money and I will continue to come back.

Quick wax, good price. Only concern is the therapist double dipped the wax stick - so unhygienic!
