The lady doing my wax asked if I minded strip wax but I'd prefer all hot wax when that is what I'd paid for but felt I had to say it was fine. Otherwise speedy and professional.

I always come to splash for my Hollywood and always happy. Except this time the woman didn't pay that much attention and I really wasn't satisfied. Lots of hair was left so had to have another Hollywood, somewhere else, a lot quicker than normal. It was extremely painful, which it never normally is.
