This is a good place for a quick in and out visit. The atmosphere isn't particularly pleasant but nor is it unpleasant, the staff aren't overly friendly but not unfriendly, the wax was fairly quick however the technique wasn't perfect (no holding down on the skin after each removal, pulling up too high rather than quickly back etc). It's good value for the centre of London, it's quick and they ultimately get the job done so if you aren't too fussy on experience then go for it.
