The lady waxing my legs was 15 minutes late and then after my wax I was left with patches of hair that was missed and loads of wax still on my legs.

I have layered coloured hair. I wanted to put grey on my hair. When she shows me colours she just said my hair is so arranged so result might can't clear. I knew it so I agreed. And after first shampoo, roots part was still yellow. And she said she wants to put colour on root again. She didn't say it might be charged. After finish put colour she said she need to charge for second colour. And even I did twice but it's still yellow. Totally I haven't changed at all.... Literally nothing changed............
I'm really disappointed and I wanna even get back my money. There's no point to pay.
Basically I used to dye my hair grey so I know first day is like kind of blue. I don't understand how possible nothing can change. She just said the reason is I bleached only just once. But last time I dyed my hair grey after bleach once, it was totally grey from ash blue at first. Absolutely disappointed experience.
