To be honest this is my first negative experience with Splash as the beautician was almost 15 minutes late and didn't explain why, didn't greet me or basically ignored me during the treatment. Won't be coming back to this branch of Splash again.

Splash is a bit hit and miss, love it, but last time I had the best was ever, and this time, one of the worst! The beautician wasn't leaving the wasx to set for long enough, so I have lots of hair left, plus she left quite a bit of wax on the hair that was supposed to be left, so that was nice and painful when I got home. Overall I recommend this place, 90% of the time it's great!

Aurelie did an amazing job with my hair and treatment. She was great and made sure I was comfortable. Amazing job with the cut and blow dry! My hair was left soft and healthy.
