Good overall. the waxing service was ok but the finish was not great, I had to polish the result at home.

Overall a highly unpleasant experience, though my nails look OK. The beautician was very unfriendly and rough, was also forced to struggle with the shellac machine, which is broken, held together through a combination of tape and cotton balls. For the low price I'm not expecting a luxurious experience, just one that I want to run out of.

Unfortunately after going to the 3 central splash stores for over a year now I have had a pretty bad full shellac manicure at New Row, usually excellent but this time my nails are smudged and chipping after one day, they look tacky and I didn't get a full scrub of my hands like usual, will be checking I don't have this person again
