I often come here and it is a great salon. I usually get a really great mani and pedi. However, they currently have another beautician covering for the usual lady and she did a really shoddy job of my hands and feet. The nail varnish was not tidy at all. Seemed like she was rushing it. Really not happy with the quality.

I usually go to Splash in Soho but decided to come to the New Row branch as Soho was fully booked. I had to wait 5 minutes for my appointment to start. The lady who did my wax was excellent, really quick and efficient.
