The staff change regularly but generally are all quite good. Would be good to have a regular person but haven't had a bad nail technician yet

It's quite a 'no frills' venue, but Paula did a really excellent gel manicure. She was extremely thorough, a real perfectionist. I'd definitely go again!

It didn't start great, my hairdresser wasn't even there when I turned up for my appointment, the other staff didn't seem to know what was going on either. I decided I would wait for 15mins after that I would leave. Luckily, he showed up! His english wasn't great so communicating was tricky but he seemed to understand what I wanted. I was pretty nervous it would go wrong, as by that stage I'd lost confidence in the salon, but luckily the result was good. Would be nice if in future they could offer customers tea or coffee.
