I went here with my mother, my mum had a 5 star experience as her beautician was obviously more experienced and gave a much better manicure. Mine did not listen to me, I asked for round nails and to keep the length as much as possible (my nails are always long) and came out with square stubs! Also, when I told her I like my eyebrows dark and do she had to do them twice before they were dark enough whilst she was being rushed to finish.

I've come to this place a lot for the same appointment but on this occasion The lady was nice enough but was very rushed over in 8 mins and was left unfinished and untidy had to re do it when I returned home
