I had a wonderful experience here!! My technician did a great job and was very friendly. To top it off she offered me a beverage, they even had prosecco! It was such a treat and a great experience.

Lovely lady doing the wax, no judgement and no small talk while staring at your bits - I hate that. The wax was very hot, although she did blow on it a bit to cool it down before application once I let her know it was hurting. She went over a couple of patches too many times which has resulted in slight discomfort to the skin now, but nothing major.

I came in for a pedicure at 3:30 on a Saturday. I hadn't been to Splash new row for a few months. They've moved things around a bit downstairs where there's now 2 side by side upholstered chairs with new fitted basins. Polett (I think that was her name), a lovely Hungarian aesthetician, was friendly & efficient. I was offered a range of drinks & happily accepted a glass of prosecco in a black flute. I had regular polish and it's stayed on with no smudges as Polett used a fab quick drying spray & top coat. Overall brilliant!
