The is little communication between the head office (who do the bookings) & the salon. I got rescheduled without my consent and so had to reschedule again.
When I arrived and was told my appointment was later than agreed on the phone the guy just said: I can offer you a treatment or you can cancel.
They did try to get me seen shortly after that but my stylist seemed more interested in looking around the salon than my hair.
Blow dry - great. Cut - a bit lacking.
