I’m not a big fan of new row as it’s always a very noisy and busy place, but it’s cheap so I’m ok with going there now and again. This was my first time doing a shellac manicure. Staff are not particularly nice but the young lady that did my nails was the exception and very competent. It’s been almost a month and my nails haven’t chipped at all. I would go back if I were sure she would do the service again.
