I booked online for a ladies haircut but when I arrived I became unsure if they actually do ladies hair and felt I was in a barbers. I was the only female customer in there to start with (a lady with short hair arrived half way through) and the staff seemed a little confused and seemed to be whispering about who would cut my hair. If I hadn’t paid online already I would have left there and then. I only wanted a trim and in the end my haircut was actually okay, just a bit stressful as the hairdresser timidly cut my hair. Really good location in Covent Garden/Leicester Square and reasonably good price, maybe if I’d come on another day I’d have gotten a different experience but based on my experience, I wouldn’t go back.
