All the staff make you feel welcome. The venue is clean. Waxing treatments are comfortable and always have good results. I have sensitive skin but the products used have never caused a reaction. There is a TV screen on the ceiling and music playing if you need a distraction. The beauty therapist was friendly and competent. Overall a satsifying experience.

Nice staff in a very busy location. Couldn't give 5 stars as my cuticles were cut to close which caused bleeding and really stung with the acetone wipes.
