Quick and very efficient - and the lady was friendly and helpful. However they didn’t change the sheet I was lying on before I came in so cleanliness can be improved

I had the most unfriendly (and smelly) beautician...absolutely miserable..did not provide for the full spa Manicure. She took shortcuts everywhere...and did not realize I had booked a Spa manicure. She reeked of cigarettes too. The manicure didn't last the full two weeks, so disappointed since the manicure usually lasts 3 weeks. Also the girls are usually super friendly and don't smell.
