Despite it being crazy busy on a Saturday afternoon and very noisy (they had the football match on the TVs,) the staff were exceedingly professional and even got me seen earlier when I arrived for my appointment a bit earlier. Perfect cut that has got rid of all of my split ends whilst keeping the length intact. Will be coming again!

Very disappointed with this place. I hate going to the hairdressers so hadn't been for over a year but really needed a trim to get rid of the ends. My hair is coloured so I opted for a Kerastase treatment too as the ends are a bit dry. The hairdresser said he didn't like the colour and complained a lot about the condition of my hair. I'm aware it's not great but it's not actually that bad and that's why I'm there. The treatment seemed to leave my hair in a worse state than normal conditioner as it was very knotty and he then proceeded to drag a comb through it, breaking it and tutting the whole time. This doesn't happen to me at home! For the blowdry, I asked for a wave as I had an event the next day so wanted it to keep a bit of volume and usually when I wave it it lasts a couple of days. He spent a good 30 minutes drying it but worryingly didn't use any heat protection spray. He also didn't use any styling products except for rubbing a tiny bit of something in right at the end. This meant that by the time I'd got home, my hair had just gone straight again so all that drying was for nothing. I told him I wanted a trim and he insisted on layers (which I'm usually against), promising me they would only be 1cm or so but there are some bits that are a good inch or two shorter. My hair looked really crap the next day so it was all a waste of time and money. As others have commented, the music was really loud, so I couldn't really hear when he tried to talk to me, which just made me feel even more awkward.
