Entering the place it looks a bit crammed, but the downstairs space dedicated to beauty is very relaxing and welcoming. Staff is very nice and I'm very pleased with the result. I will book again!

We’ve booked as a group of 3 friends and we’ve all loved our experience- for both hair and nails. Edoardo did a great job with my hair. He’s a very attentive and nice hairdresser. He didn’t chop all of my hair off like others usually do lol. Instead he was always double checking that I was happy with how much was going to be cut off. The way he blew dry my hair was veryyy nice too and it left my hair feeling wavy and fresh.

I did not have a great experience because of a number of things:
1) the haircut was not what I wanted, and I believe the quality of the cut was not good, as the cut was very haphazard and the layering not done evenly. I am even considering going to another salon to restyle it completely to save my haircut.
2) despite my dissatisfaction with the above, I was forced to pay extra for longer hair as my hair (which falls just below the shoulder) was considered long hair and not shoulder-length hair. I understand if these rules need to be followed closely, but please make this absolutely clear then on the website as the current description is misleading.
