Went to the splash in new row as the other splash salons had no appointments available. My first visit there. I booked express treatments but they wanted to not put much effort into cleaning the nails enough got painting. Went back to my usual splash salon in goodgy street where they did excellent service . The manager at splash new cross was unbelievable and everyone wanted to argue. Never returning even if it’s the last salon to exist.

Pola was great. Chatty but not annoying. Quick and efficient wax that has lasted well for a good 2 weeks. Would definitely go again and would book with her.
