Paid for a brazilian blow dry for long hair and when I arrive they said I needed to pay an extra 29pounds because the information in their system didn't say long hair. When the hairstylist start to apply the product on my hair it seemed like he was trying to save product and in result the blow out didn't work. Went back there, talked to one of the hairstylists and he booked another day for me to get another blow dry. When I arrive for the second appointment the manager didn't want to do another blow dry and kept insisting that the hair isn't suppose to be straight. Won't recommend.
