the staff are friendly & I always return as the salon offers very good value at an off peak prices but I noticed the towel used by clients to cover up does not seem to be changed between the appoitments as I spotted wax stains etc on it which has really grossed me out- please splash change towels as it's really unhygienic ... also my time stated for Brazilian was 40min but I was in and out much sooner which wouldn't be an issue in itself if the waxing was done perfectly but I noticed some hairs left after the Brazilian so checking the final result would be appreciated especially if there's still time left in the appointment ....
