I was fairly pleased with my haircut, but the technician, while v friendly, was a bit clumsy and clipped my ear with his scissors. I felt really nervous after that.

Really friendly staff and clean shop, it is very well located. However I Did not come out with what I wanted and it will take ages for my hair to grow back as it was.

asked for a long, long at the front and shorter at the back. the lady gave me the SHORTEST bob (a good couple inches shorter than I showed her!), shorter at the front and even then tried to convince me it was longer at the front. absolute joke. she turned my head away from the mirror so I couldn't see her cutting until after she'd done it. gutted! fair to say I won't be recommending here again
