It was super busy upstairs but I was ushered down to the room immediately and discretely. The woman was lovely and professional and obviously very passionate about waxing :) I am super sensitive to hot wax but she was very considerate and as gentle as she could be. She used strip wax and tweezers to finish the job, and over a week later- not a hair in sight! Would recommend and will be back :)
