I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and was still waiting to see someone 25 minutes after my appointment was due to start. They shouldn’t have upfront payment if they can’t provide an on time service. The shellac also started to chip and peel after just one week.
First visit to this salon and booked in the morning for a lunchtime treatment the same say. Missed a call an hour before the scheduled appointment time as I was in meetings and work a few mins away. Didn't realise it was them so picked up the message as I was leaving, and it said they could no longer do the time I'd booked. So I fired up my computer again to check my calendar and called back to see when else was possible, 5mins before my appointment was meant to start.
I called and the lady said there was no longer a problem, so I said I'd leave immediately and should be there in 5.
Got a call just as I was turning into the shop, unimpressed receptionist saying I was 5 mins late. I said 10mins ago I was told it was cancelled so give me a break. She ushered me downstairs for my appointment, where I then sat on my own for 5minutes before popping up again to ask what I was late for, just as my beautician was coming in from a cigarette.
All a bit of a frustrating start, however the actual work done was one of the best jobs I've had - gel paint as close to the cuticles without touching as possible and all timely without rushing.
Definitely would go back, despite the slightly frosty reception 😁
