I have gone to Splash for waxing and nails for over five years. This is the first time that I've had a negative experience. I didn't get the aesthetician's name but she completely butchered my eyebrows. She was very friendly and seemed like she was confident and efficient at waxing. However, when it came time to see the end result in the mirror, I was horrified! She took a good centimetre of hair off my left eyebrow away from the middle so it looks completely uneven. She said that it was even and used a tongue depressor to measure to determine the alignment from the end of the nose to eyebrow. She suggested I google it if I didn't believe her! She also cut my skin right below the eyebrow when tweezing so I have two small scabs. I wish I would've got her name but I was late for a meeting. She's slim, Italian, long light brown hair and blue eyes. Anyway, I'm glad I have a fringe to cover this mess. Not sure I'll be going back!
