There is a nice busy environment in the studio however they've made me wait for over 20 min and wanted me to pay extra for the service which I was not aware about - quite not fair as I had to argue in with them

Booked a last minute appointment and was very happy with it. The salon was busy but friendly, the whole process was quick and efficient - I wouldn’t go there for a relaxing haircut but perfect for a quick cut. My hair dresser was very good and happy to give recommendations on what to have done. Overall very happy with the experience and my hair.
