On time, fast and efficient. The therapist was great and she was also really nice. I was just taken aback that they soak your hand nails into acetone without wrapping to remove shellac. But it’s apparently ok.

Lovely staff. I was seen immediately which was very convenient as I went to get this treatment within my lunch break. I booked in peak Christmas party season so it was great to be able to get a slot when I wanted it so easily.

One of the worst wax’s I’ve ever had. Was a bin over flowing with old dirty wax strips and I asked the women not to use her latex gloves as I am allergic to latex more than twice and she still didn’t take them off. There’s no shape and hasn’t even removed hair after going over and over. The most painful wax I’ve had and I’ve been waxing for years. Then I had to pay more money at the end????!!!!
Definitely not going back.
