Strip wax left me with ingrown hairs and wax was very patchy itself. Therapist was kind of rough and trying to work as quickly as possible which meant I wasn’t as smooth as possible.

The beautician was very polite and welcoming. She did talk me through the wax she will be using for the treatments. I was not impressed with the harsh way she carried out the treatment. She ripped the strips off my legs, which resulted in my hair breaking, as opposed to being removed. Also, by being this aggressive, she got wax on my clothes and in my hair! After the session i could see all the hairs that she left and the true extent of how she broke my hairs on my legs. With regards the hollywood treatment, i was left with burns and soreness, which i have never experienced before.
This was my first time visit to this salon, and will likely be my last.
