The treatwell booking was very easy to do, the way the treatments were laid out made it very easy to understand. I specifically picked this venue over other branches and other competitors because the treatment was advertised as longer and looked like good value.
Two treatments were booked which were pushed back on the day so my partner and I could ‘have our treatments together’
Unfortunately we both arrived slightly late but my partner had called ahead and his treatment was moved to a later time. However, he was given a very half hearted pedicure which was about 24 minutes long instead of 40 minutes. My specialist was much better and did a much better job.
Overall, I definitely wouldn’t go back to this venue and it has slightly deterred from booking this type of treatment on Treatwell too. The manager was very nonchalant about my grievances and did not really listen to me. There was no apology for his treatment being cut short just a rubbish explaination about how they don’t have gaps between appointments as if that was my fault.
If you want to try Splash, i wouldn’t recommend this one!
