When i arrived at the salon the guy at the desk said my stylist hadn't yet arrived and i was told to sit on one of the chairs. I waited for 20 minutes, with no offer of a drink, or apology. I was about to cancel my appt and ask for a refund when the stylist arrived. She didn't give me her name, didn't apologise for being late, and didn't offer me a drink. After that point things were fine - the haircut is good and what i wanted. And she checked i was happy with it. But i was really annoyed at the poor service i received before then, and wouldn't go back for this reason.

Manon has cut my hair exactly how I wanted. She was really patient and gave me a nice, curly blow dry too. thank you to Manon & Margarita for being always so accomodating. 😘🤗✂️💇

This is great value for the location and quality of the manicure. My only comment is the staff could be a little friendlier when you walk in. I felt like I had interrupted a conversation and they weren’t very happy about my being there! The lady doing my nails did warm up but first impressions made feel a bit uncomfortable. Very good quality mani though
