Really pleased with my wax- was seen straight away and the procedure was fast and as pain free as it could have been and for a very good price for the area. The lqey who did my wax was lovely.

I went to Splash - New Row for a wash cut and blow dry in early March. The gentleman who did my hair was charming and was doing a really good job. However the salon manager mid way through the cut told him to 'hurry up' which is NOT what you want to hear when someone is cutting your hair - so unprofessional! Turns out the manager had only allocated 40 minutes for the whole wash, cut and blow dry. I have never had this done in anything less than an hour and a half. The manager kept pressuring the gentleman to speed up and as a result I have been left with a hair cut that wasn't really what I wanted as the poor guy didn't have time. Its a shame as the stylists are really good but unfortunately I won't be going back.
