Horrible customer service, they charge different prices if you book over the phone. I did not like the way the managers handle complaints. Basically there is no customer service.

Worst haircut experience of my life. Avoid Avoid Avoid!
My regular hair stylist left London, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to find a new local salon. Despite offering to do ladies' hair, Splash is clearly not up to the task. I ask for a very simple trim on my graduated bob, plus a faded undercut at the back. The stylist either did not know what an undercut was, or just didn't want to do it, as instead of shaving, she hacked at the hair over the top, making it shorter and shorter despite my repeatedly asking her to shave the under side, and not cut the top.
She clearly became very frustrated and started talking to her colleagues in French, assuming that I couldn't understand her. She also became aggressive, forcibly directing my head to turn, with such pressure that I actually had to warn her "gently!"
I have never seen a stylist openly grumbling to colleagues, rolling eyes, and snapping at a customer. Eventually I gave up and had to accept that I was not going to get what I wanted, and that she was merely going to continue making my hair shorter, whilst becoming ruder. Yes, it's cheap, but that doesn't make it acceptable to be hostile, and to just give whatever hairstyle is convenient to you. I used to get my nails done here, but this experience was so horrendous that I'm never going back. Truly disgusting service.
Luckily hair grows back.
