Marta was brilliant! I’m a total baby about getting my bikini wax done but it was the first time that it actually didn’t hurt. She was super friendly and efficient.

Appointments feel a bit rushed here; like there are too many customers turning up that staff aren’t expecting. Shellac was also over the edges of some nails - I had to ask for this to be trimmed off but should have been picked up. End result wasn’t a nice, neat nail bed.
