The last time I've been to that place the person who attended was really nice, but this I wasn't trated very well and they don't explain you that when removing the shellac you need to book the removal when it's express. They told me in a bad manner that they had to take 10 minutes more to do the removal for me and they had other customers. When I left nobody was waiting for my appointment to finish and my nails don't look as good as last time. The should have 15 minutes between every appointment because it is possible that you have delays. I'm really frustrated
