I came for a wash cut and blow dry. My stylist Tara was fab. I got a lovely cut and finish. The salon was fine, was offered a refrehment and the chair was comfy I almost drifted off. However I deducted a star because I was told that the shampoo they use is 'rubbish' and that they advised paying £7 for a decent one. Im not sure if thats true or not, but I forfeited any tip I was prepared to give. I dont know if this practice is the Stylists decision or if they feel pressure from management. I think this needs to be reviewed and maybe explained in a different way. I'd use the stylist again but I'll be wary of 'Splash' the company.
