The facial was fantastic and the beautician was very nice and friendly. The only reservation I have is that the access to the salon was via a v busy, cramped hair salon. Hair strewn on the floor everywhere and sitting perched on a stool with nowhere to put your things and constantly brushed and knocked by staff due to the cramped space. And the staircase!!! I should have been warned before booking*! Not disability friendly. Not easily manageable for anybody older than 25!
