Really sad to be writing my first bad review, but had a bad experience from beginning to end.
Had to wait at the door/in the street upon arrival while the man on the till argued with another over pricing, no apology for the wait.
Manicure was painful - aggressive with cuticles, and a very haphazard approach to painting nails (kept knocking things over, seemed to forget where in the process she was and only asked if I was happy with the colour afterwards). Also filed nails again at the end, undoing the shellac’s seal.
Asked to use the loo after the appt, which was too small to fit my rucksack in with me (and was v dirty) so I asked to leave it with the therapist for safekeeping. When I came back she had disappeared leaving my bag unattended.
The therapist was obviously ill, seemed to mean well and was probably having an off day as a result so I feel bad writing a bad review, but after sniffing and sneezing through the treatment I’m now sick too.

Don’t take so many bookings for walk in’s, it ruins the experience. But I had a great haircut, couldn’t fault.
