thoughtful staff with great level of service from Bal, especially fab eyebrow shape. not such great value through treatwell - next time I'll book direct!

I actually liked the nail artist and she did a good job. Afterwards, I wanted to get points on my card at the till but he rudely told me that it was not possible when I could do it the last time. I even felt discriminated especially when he was so polite and offered discounts , survey etc to the person before me. So so horrific!
