Well, first of all the manager should know that if you’re working in a public environment you should smile to your guests/costumers, or at least trying. I’ve never felt so unwelcome before. Second of all, I’ve asked to get a lighter colour on the roots( something super easy that I could do myself) and I came out darker! I was so upset! Now I need to go somewhere else and spend other money.. on top of it the blow dry was terrible that i have to ask the stylist to give me the dryer and do it myself. All for 70£. Never again

Really good quality manicure with lovely staff. Quick and bang on time which is perfect for a lunch break
