The fit me in last minute over the app and I was early but they still managed to fit me in! Treatment was great and was perfect when I needed a quick fix on a short break!

So where to begin. Arrived for my appointment on time just to be told the stylist is not there, in the end was 1 hour late and didn’t even do the styling instead someone else of his colleagues did. Was confused most of the time on what happened in the process. The staff there was nice, and it wasn’t there fault that their colleague was late, but I don’t think I would go there again. The cut seems uneven at parts but after this mess of 2 hours I don’t even want to complain anymore

The staff were all lovely and friendly. The salon was clean and tidy and I was seen promptly. My only criticism would be that after checking how much hair I wanted trimmed off, he did proceed to cut about half the length off, which was far too much for my liking. That being said it is a great cut and looks fab, just not exactly what I asked for.
