The beautician didn't consult as to what I wanted before beginning, meaning I ended up with something totally different, and when I asked her to rectify, she charged me double. I also booked for hot wax, but they used strips for a lot of it. Where hot wax was used, it was applied incorrectly to areas on which it shouldn't have been applied, and then torn off.

Always a great shellac manicure that lasts over 2 weeks. Great selection of colours.

It was ok, I’ve had better express manicures but it waslate in the evening so I assume the therapist wanted to get home
