I’ve had many great haircuts at Splash New Row and would definitely recommend it for hair services. However, for eyebrows definitely go else where. The first mistake was mine, I didn’t realise that the salon waxes brows rather than threads them (it was probably made obvious but I missed it). Unfortunately the beatification didn’t consult me as to what exactly I wanted done. This isn’t completely out the norm so I expected she would just tidy them but on the contrary, rather than tidying a portion of my brow in which the hair grows the wrong way she just waxed it off completely leaving my brows very uneven (no one else has ever tried to do this). Definitely a bit of a confidence knock (eyebrow powder here I come).
I also had a gel manicure. Colour application was lovely and even but the shaping wasn’t great.

First they rang to move my appointment which I kindly agreed to. The lady that did my nails didn’t seem to know what she was doing and had to be instructed. She didn’t speak much English so it was difficult to ask questions. She tried to remove some polish that she had got on my skin and cut me. There was no proper first aid given. Now have a cut on my hand and was just given a plaster. Great value but beware as they seem untrained
