Usually always go here and have a great experience, but had a different waxer to usual who was a bit less gentle and a bit less thorough - it didn't hurt much more than usual but growing back much sooner than I'd like and also left my skin sore in places. Will still be going back (and requesting my usual beautician) as it's a convenient and affordable salon who can always fit me in and always run on time!

Employee was extremely friendly but seemed to be rather new as her technique lead to her constantly smudging and having to redo my nails. The entire appointment also seemed rather rushed. Final outcome was okay though
