- Stylist for my appt called in sick, stylist there picked up twice the client load - Stylist was rushed and didnt ask me about my hair or what I wanted to do - I came specifically to this salon for the Kerastase Fusio-Duo treatment, which I do not believe I actually got. When I asked about it I was told I was given it but because I was never consulted about the treatment I don't believe he did it correctly according to the Kerastase website description - NO FEMALE STYLISTS OR CLIENTS :(
