Hollywood wax was just ok, it just felt that she was pulling at the skin somehow when she was spreading the wax, which was uncomfortable...for the lip wax she didnt put any cooling gel, so even if we did the lip wax first, it meant that my lip was still super red when I got out. Small things but they do count.
