terrible. ladies have no experience no common sense, 0 english ! never again. she left my nails different sizes and made them different shapes ... omg unbelievable ..not first time , but definitely last .

Hit or miss. I was seen by Rosy in the past who is great. Sadly I was seen by a truly inexperienced technician for my shellac today. I had to tell her what to do throughout. She nearly made my skin cuticles bleed and I’m now left with painful skin. The Manager was very apologetic and agreed to have Rosy paint my nails as I complained. Worst manicure experience ever. If someone hasn’t got a clue, don’t hire them. Please also be aware that their shellac removal is very aggressive. They dip your nails into acetone, which is why I stopped going. Won’t go back.
