Absolutely awful. Never left a hairdressers so devastated. Got an extra inch cut off that I didn’t asked for and the explanation was ‘it was thin, it’s now healthy’...I wanted my hair still long not healthy. She kept cutting and cutting it was a very stressful experience to the point I had to make her stop. GIRLS...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Booked here as my usual place was fully booked and needed a shellac mani before holidays. Therapist nice and polite but treatment done poorly. Shellac excess overflowing from nail to finger wasn’t removed (had to file myself as I noticed when i got home), shellac poorly applied (not even a week and half is chipped - same shellac used on my usual place and takes over 2 weeks to even have a small dent... so clearly not faulty product). Unfortunately, I do not recommend this treatment.
