If you aren't worried about anything to fancy, and you want a quick and easy trim that doesn't cost the earth then splash is for you. I booked the cut and wash (no blow dry) and I got exactly what I asked for - no frills. Stylist also gave a rough dry with the hairdryer afterwards. Lots of people saying they aren't friendly, but they weren't rude at all. If you are looking for a well rounded experience (nice chat, head massage, fancy products) you need to pay more and book elsewhere.
