The beautician didn’t speak any English, was clearly a novice and didn’t do an amazing job.I paid for a full manicure but didn’t have the full treatment.She ripped my skin when cutting the cuticles. there was blood but no sanitisation. I have no idea if her tools were clean before I got there because she didn’t clean them in front of me. There was no cuticle oil in the end either. The Shellac didn’t even last two weeks. I was disappointed as I paid premium but didn’t feel like I received it

The eyebrow tint and wax were amazing. Unfortunately the Hollywood was burnt me and left blisters

The hairdresser (Lina) was really good and did a great job. The salon is tiny and very loud but definitely value for money.
